Terms of Service

You may use AssetLedger to create and review a home inventory for lawful personal or business documentation purposes. You are responsible for the information, photos, and item details you add, and for keeping your account credentials confidential.

AssetLedger provides documentation support. It is not a formal appraisal, proof of ownership, legal advice, an insurance decision or acceptance, a guaranteed value, or a guarantee of any claim outcome. Timestamps and hashes describe the file as uploaded and processed by AssetLedger; they do not independently prove when or where an image was originally captured.

You can create an inventory and review a private report preview without providing a card. A printable Home Documentation Report may be unlocked for $99 one time per inventory when payment is presented in the product.

Professional Workspace is $199/month and includes unlimited client documentation reports. Workspace access is granted only after AssetLedger verifies a completed checkout for the signed-in purchaser.

A report purchase applies to the specific inventory shown at purchase. After that inventory is unlocked, you may add or edit its items and generate or download an updated report PDF without another $99 purchase. Separate inventories require their own unlock. You must provide accurate information to the best of your knowledge, obtain any needed permissions before uploading photos, and avoid using the service to upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful material. You are responsible for deciding whether and how to share your inventory or report.

We may update, change, or discontinue parts of AssetLedger as the service evolves. If we discontinue the service, we will provide at least 60 days' notice and a reasonable opportunity during that period to download the available purchased report PDF.

Your purchased report PDF is your durable copy. This does not promise a general raw-data export or indefinite hosting.

We may also update these terms by posting a new version with a revised effective date.
