The record
Five details, kept understandable.

You upload a photo file
AssetLedger retains the uploaded file with the item record so you can review the source material included in your documentation.

An upload timestamp is recorded
The item record includes the timestamp recorded when the file was uploaded to AssetLedger. It describes upload and processing, not when or where the image was originally captured.

A SHA-256 file hash is associated
AssetLedger associates a SHA-256 hash with the uploaded file. This technical fingerprint helps distinguish that file from another file.

You can refine item details
You can edit the item record as you review it. Those editable details remain separate from the retained uploaded file and its processing history.

Review or export the record
The Home Documentation Report presents the item record and uploaded-file details for you to review. PDF and print export unlock after purchase for that inventory.
